Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Westlake

Every time we come to this Popeyes we regret it. They forget an order of fries, they don’t put any of the sauce, or you ask them to drop naked tenders 15 minutes before you arrive and they say they will happily do so but they don’t and you are waiting an extra 15 minutes for them (that’s happened now 3 separate occasions) very disappointing

Went through the drive up window and for the second time in two months, got ripped off if a piece of chicken ordered two three piece combo's got home and only had two, I definitely do not Recommend going to the one in West Lake. Potatoe fries were under the heat lamp to long, they were dry. The rice dressing had a funny taste. Must be something with the seasoning and it was also dry. The chicken was so so! The biscuits were good Price per person: $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service was good and the food hot. For so many people they served for lunch there was no real waiting for the food. If you saw in a hurry they have their s#. Together.
