Bibibop Asian Grill - Westlake

It's Chipotle with a Korean twist. I've dined here twice, and both experiences have been enjoyable. I appreciated the few outdoor tables they have available.

The employees seemed more focused on goofing around than on serving customers. I waited and waited, and when I finally said something to customer service, they just stopped, glanced at each other, and laughed. The restaurant was filthy—not just messy, but genuinely gross. The soda was flat; my son tried another one but it had no carbonation either. The trash cans were overflowing, and I really needed to use the restroom—only to find it disgusting and with no toilet paper! This is unacceptable!

**Vegetarian options:** They offer a tasty tofu dish that I highly recommend! If you're not a fan of tofu, they also have black beans as an alternative, but I definitely suggest giving the tofu a shot. There are plenty of topping options, so you can enjoy a satisfying meal without feeling like you're missing out on the meat. **Dietary restrictions:** Everything is gluten-free!

Food is tasty, you pick your base, then the add-ons are different vegetables of your choice, cheese, top it off with the protein of your choice and sauce. You come up with a different flavor every time, its tasty and can be healthy depending on your choices. Kimchi is delicious, if you like Korean fermented slightly spicy vegetables. Their yum-yum sauce is great. A small bowl under $10 is a great deal as well. Worth to try it.

We only knew about the Bibibop sauces initially, and we use them when we make our own pokebowl. While looking around on google Maps for places to eat for our travel, we got excited when we saw that Bibibop has a restaurant. Found out that it is a food chain, and there are several restaurants in a few states. We ordered the bowls to go, and we really liked them and would love to try a different one next time.When I looked for a location near us, I saw one that is closer. It is a good thing that we don't have to drive a long way just to try it again.
