The Habit Burger Grill

This place is fantastic! I've been coming here for years, and the staff always greets you with warmth and kindness. Nancy is truly the best! She makes sure that my family and I are well taken care of and that our orders are perfect. She goes the extra mile to make my mother-in-law feel special, and it really shows!

Absolutely chaotic!!! I placed an order online and paid with my credit card for a specific pickup time. When I arrived at the restaurant, I ordered again and waited for 20 minutes before I had to check on my order. There was no record of it, and I had to go back to the computer to re-enter it. After waiting another 20 minutes and checking again, I almost left since I had already paid. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. This experience was terrible, and I will never return to this location. They didn't even apologize.

Why does this place only offer kids' food? I can't even order a children's burger meal, but I can order a regular one? It's frustrating because every time I try to order through the app, all the kids' options are unavailable.

Simply order online, cheap prices, quick pickup and delicious burgers. What is not to love.

I love this place, the environment, the employees and the food are great! They always welcome people with a nice smile and good attitude but Maria is a nice lady that provides a nice and good service.
