I stayed at this hotel for business in July. The room was nice and the hotel included a beautiful lobby area with a nice outdoor lounge area by the pool. The area is close by several nice restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. However, the hotel double charged my work credit card, causing me significant trouble disputing the charge over the past few months. I called the hotel several times to explain my situation, but I was told this was holding charge that would be dropped after some time. When I persisted, I was forwarded to the billing department that had a full voice mail. I enjoyed my stay and room, but I 'll avoid this hotel for my next business trip to save myself the headache with the billing issues...*Update* A hotel representative reached out via email but didn 't reply to my response with the details around the situation. The lack of response to my email leads me to believe they aren 't serious in addressing the issue long term for other guests, nor was this email sincere. Just a simple Thank you for your feedback would have sufficed.
Great hotel, very good service. We also had a slight billing issue which was quickly rectified. We only ate in the hotel once, but food was very good. We had breakfast in Brent’s which was great. Having to pay for parking was irksome but hey ho. Very handy for the freeway. Overall a great stay and we’d recommend.
A very nice hotel in the perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants (Brent’s Deli is the place to go! and grocery/ cvs. The onsite bar and lounge is very nice. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The one minor complaint would be how loud the doors slam when people close their doors, and having to pay for parking.Rooms: Very comfortable rooms with nice amenities.Walkability: Close to Brent’s Deli and nearby restaurants and grocery.
Zero stars if possible. We arrived as confirmed for our check in and they had over booked the hotel. They did not have any rooms available for us at all and to make matters worse the people who came in after us also had the same issue. They called a local Sheraton to see if they could put us up and they were also full. The poor front desk woman had to call on her personal cell phone and no one on that shift could offer us any kind of credit. I wanted to know why they hadn't called us in advance to say why they were full, why they wouldn't offer us any credit and why the people working that night had little to no power to help us. Hyatt abandoned us and we ended up having to drive hours back home. To make matters worse when I called the Front Desk Manager Jaime later in the week she was extremely rude and refused to offer any kind of credit. Horrific for a luxury brand and hotel to treat guests this way.
