Richard's Grinders - Westfield

Always great lunch here! We got box lunches for the whole family, 8 of us! They had them ready to go quickly! Great, friendly service!

The food was good even better service . 13$ for the dinner included the drink.

Good little sandwich shop. They have a lot of stuff on their menu and daily specials too. Service was friendly and quick seeing how busy they were. I don't find myself in this area too often but I'll stop here again when I do

Today was my first visit to the Westfield location as I'm closer to the West Springfield one. I picked up a chicken salad wrap and some Cucumber ranch (my favorite) pasta salad. The register/order taker was very pleasant and efficient. The only issue I had was that the chicken salad was slightly on the dryer side, and the woman even mentioned to me that that was the case (I appreciated the openness and honesty). I have never had an issue with anything I have ever purchased from there. The food is always fresh and out fairly quickly, depending of course on the time of the day. To be fair, they are super busy at lunchtime (West Springfield location). Their prices are fairly reasonable. Both locations have do seating areas.

Fantastic Grinders at a great price. You would think having hot grinders, but not toasting the bread in an oven would be a downfall, but it's not. It's actually the best thing about their grinders. That bread is amazing. It's light, fluffy, yet filling at the same time. The meatballs and sauce are so beyond good, it's scary. The staff is always quick and attentive, and you just always feel welcome there. Fantastic place, and I find myself here 2-3 days a week for lunch.
