Grindstone On The Monon - Westfield

Good food, not your typical chain menu. They have to turn their baked potatoes and do not hold them for the entire layer.

This place was amazing! Enough seating for very little wait on a Friday night and great food. It is also reasonably priced for this area. Not the cheapest, but comparable with other places in the area and it has much better food. It also has a MUCH larger menu and a responsibly priced kid's menu! It has the traditional Indiana bar food, but also has some classics that you wouldn't expect to see. I can't wait to come back to try more!

This was very good Americana type food. We went for lunch and the service was exceptional! A member of our party had dietary restrictions and they were most accommodating! I ordered the prime rib French dip and it was delicious. The breaded pork tenderloin lived up to Hoosier standards and was quite large! I didn't have their mashed potatoes but I hear they use real cream...yum! Ashley was our server that day.

The food was excellent! Anna P. provided fantastic service, and the hosts were wonderful as well! I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The large salads and fried green tomatoes were delicious!

I've dined here several times and have consistently had a fantastic experience. The portions are generous, and the variety of items on the menu I enjoy makes it difficult to decide what to order. The prices are reasonable as well. The server is friendly and attentive, and the food is both satisfying and well-prepared. I've eaten here alone, with my partner, and even with her parents (most recently for lunch today). If you haven't tried Grindstone on the Monon yet, I highly recommend giving them a chance based on my 5-star review. You won’t regret it!
