Smashburger - Westerville

I liked the Burgers and Pommes. You have gluten-free rolls for your burger. There is also a dedicated non-gluten fryer. Two family members cannot have milk, and they have milk free milkshake. You have coke fountains. This place is a victory around, I will be back with the test of my family.

Here's ALWAYS CONSISTENT! I didn't eat here in a few years because I wasn't close to a location. Thank God they still make the best Burger and Frey! I expect the best sweet potatoes and a fresh juicy burger every time!

I remember loving this restaurant a lot at Denver but something change here or maybe the impact of Covid-19 The fried chicken was dry and too salty. It used to be a catchup and master bottle in every table as well as tissue box and there are not.

I will have to try this place again and update my review to be completely fair. On this visit I was not impressed... The dude taking the order prefaces it with it will be about 25 minutes you will have to wait for your food and he brought the food out in about 25 minutes. That seemed excessive for a fast foodish burger place but it is what it is. I had the mushroom truffle burger which was ok a tad on the greasy side but really nothing special. I had the sweet potato fries which were overcooked. I am not sure if the fact they had 5 tables of customers overwhelmed them or if it is normally like this. It was not memorable.

Service here is usually quite decent, but today was terrible. The two chefs in the back cook more slowly than turtles, while they scream and sing as if they had Tourette's syndrome. literally giggling and killing each other while people patiently wait outside for their food. Totally immature and inappropriate behavior of chefs. The front staff was fine, but could also be better
