Puerto Vallarta - Westerville

My boyfriend and I love Mexican food. Idk how we stumbled upon this restaurant but it's now our favorite. Great service and great authentic Mexican food!! Love the fish tacos and fajitas here. Chips and salsa is so good. Highly recommend

My order was awful. It was delivered and arrived cold. After the driver was delayed at the restaurant waiting for another order. An item was completely missing. I have never seen a burrito that small and devoid of everything but meat, no seasoning. And this is how a taco arrived. The bottom was wet when I tried to pick it up, so I turned it over and it looked like this. The other items were all simply ok. I see no reason to return to this restaurant.

Definitely a great place to eat. The food is excellent and it has a very good taste. The drinks are great. One thing to highlight is the service of everyone in the restaurant, especially Daniel and Deyanira, they make you feel at home. I will return without a doubt.

Consistently undercooked or cold food whether dine in or take out, mediocre service, and a disgusting bathroom. Today was our last visit. There’s only so many times you can forgive these things.

The food is absolutely amazing but they can NEVER get an online order correct.Food is ALWAYS missing, made incorrectly or both.We continue to order from Puerto Vallarta because as I stated earlier the food is amazing, so we are always hoping for a SINGLE instance where they make an order without messing something up severely and leaving one or several family members hungry!I finally decided to post some feedback in hopes it may have a positive impact on their attention to detail (Which seems to be their BIGGEST, YET ONLY mistake).
