Truly some of the rudest and most ignorant young people working! I gave them another chance a year ago when an employee tried to tell me to “socially distance” from my own daughter because he was too ignorant to imagine a multiracial family within the confines of Western Springs but last night when an overwhelmed teenage “manager” yelled at me and my husband because she mistakenly thought we had not claimed our order, I called it quits completely. Who actually raised these animals?

It was my first time coming here to this oberwheis and it was not fitting my taste one of the girls here did my ice cream and it was sloppy and did not have any nuts inside of it was just pure strawberries I was tasting in this ice cream and it taste like old ice cream gas. I would recommend the one at Gurnee Illinois has more taste. Please have workers that can take their time and not In a rush. Messed my ice cream up. I really wanted this and it messed up my taste buds
