Central Express Inn - Westby

Rooms: Pillows pretty flat, and towels are small and rough. Otherwise we like staying there ?

Clean a quiet small hotel. Beds could be more comfy. And pillows need to be more fluffy. And blankets could be updated. But overall good for the price

I didn't stay here. I am writing a review because I was going to stay but I asked to see the room FIRST, and they denied to let me go see it, hmm. He said no one is allowed over there to look first! That's it! Must be hiding something because the outside of the place looks bad and that's part of the reason I wanted to see the inside!

Good motel for the price. Was visiting family so didn't need anything fancy. Got free bags of ice, donuts, muffins coffee and juice every morning. Staff at the Zstop was so friendly. Only complaint is the room a/c did not work. But the staff let us borrow the fan that was in the hallway with no problems. We would stay here again if needed to just would bring a fan.

Everytime I call the line is busy and has been for 3 days now all day long. They won't respond via email either.. Terrible customer service..
