Dunkin' - Westbury

I am only giving this restaurant one star because I have to. I recently had a terrible customer service experience at this establishment from a man named Sam who claimed to be a manager. The way he handled my issue was unprofessional and did not reflect the behavior expected of a manager. I will not be returning to this location in the future. I dined in for breakfast and the price per person was in the $1-10 range.

The drinks aren't ever really consistent and the young girl at the window is unnecessarily rude. Food: 3 Service: 2

This Dunkin' is the best place for coffee, lattes, fresh donuts, and sandwiches. I highly recommend it to everyone. The service is quick for take-out orders, making it perfect for breakfast. The prices range from $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect 5 rating. I recommend trying the Egg and Cheese sandwich and the donuts. There is plenty of free parking available in the parking lot.

Been going to this location for over a year and 9 out of 10 times the service is horrible. No energy/enthusiasm and unbearably slow.
