Benihana - Westbury

I visited for dinner and had an excellent experience. Our server, Shanta, was very helpful and well-informed about the menu, providing great recommendations. I really appreciate a server who excels at their job, and she managed our table with a wonderful sense of calm and professionalism. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Well done!

Benihana is fantastic! I always enjoy my visits there; it's consistently a wonderful experience. Nancy is incredibly attentive and fantastic at her job. The service is excellent. Today, our chef was Ramon, and he did an outstanding job. The food was delicious! The managers are always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

The food is good and the portions are just right, but the prices are too high. If you're looking for a typical hibachi experience with chefs showcasing their cooking skills and entertaining you, this isn't the place. The chef simply cooks in front of you without any interaction or tricks. It seems like they may have new management, or all the chefs are new, as they all cook quietly without engaging with the diners. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

I just spent $15 on a chicken hibachi bowl for lunch and basically just spent $15 on a bowl of rice. Literally next to no chicken in this bowl. They have the audacity to charge $2 more for ?extra? chicken, so $2 more for a sufficient amount ofchicken?? Complete waste of money and I won?t be ordering from here again.

Don?t even waste your time coming here service was horrible made reserv For 10:00 didn?t get seated for 15 minutes and then had to wait 40 minutes before drinks even came to the table ? waitress was inconsistent? didn?t come see if everything was okay ?food came and was dry and burnt and that was the portion of chicken I got with my chicken fried rice. I will never be comingback here.
