Employees were not the nicest this time when I went.
Waited in line for 10 minutes on a busy afternoon, then waited another 2 at the speaker. I never heard anyone so I wanted another 5 to make it to the window. At the window, I politely explained that I didn’t hear anyone at the speaker and asked if she could take my order. The girl basically said NO. She said I would have to pull around and wait in line again. I again explained that I just waited in the long line and no one took my order at the speaker. She said she couldn’t take my order at the window. It was company policy. She was hardly apologetic. So after waiting over 15 minutes, I left without a thing. I have never been treated so poorly by a Starbucks employee at any location. I have had great customer service at this location, but this time was NOT it.
Every time I came to this Starbucks they get my drink order wrong, specifically my drink order .. Very disappointing .. The people working there are all nice and friendly but I always repeat myself 2 3 times to make sure they will understand and they still cannot manage to get my order right
While I believe everyone that was working today was doing the best job they all could I fault management for the glacier service! There were only three people working on a weekend before Christmas at a busy intersection on Route 9. It took my daughter and I nearly 35 minutes to get out two drinks that we ordered with only 10 people in the store. Most of which had already been served. One of the employees was working the drive through and one was working the register, that leaves only one to make all the drinks! This is a complete failure on Managment. Will never stop at this location ever again!
