フィードバックを提供するThis Starbucks has now three times given me dairy milk when I?ve ordered and paid for oat milk and have an allergy. All set with coming here anymore
1) Starbucks forces you to pay with prepaid cards so you to come back to spend the rest. 2) Starbucks punishes you for ordering online. You will take your own order (saving them time) and be placed on the fool 's online order list with an appointment . You 'll get a cold order if late or waiting for drive-through and online orders before yours. If early you 'll wait like a loser so orders placed at the store after yours get theirs first. FIX: don 't force prepaid cards, make orders on arrival.
I visited this Starbucks for the first time today, and it was quite an experience. Navigating the drive-thru lanes was definitely a challenge for a newcomer. There are two drive-thru lanes to manage, and I learned the hard way that the correct lane for Starbucks is the one closest to the building. There is a sign with arrows indicating which lane is for Starbucks and which is for Burger King, but unfortunately, someone was parked in front of the bottom of the sign, blocking part of it. Since I was parked further back, I couldn’t see the entire sign and ended up in the Burger King line. This meant I had to loop around the building again, which was a bit frustrating. It seems they are trying to fit a larger store into a smaller parking area, which is commendable, but it could use some improvement. On the bright side, my drink was great, and I plan to return. Next time, now that I know the layout, it should be a much smoother experience.
I visited the store today, July 27, around 9:30 am, and encountered issues with the mobile app. I have a coupon saved there, so I asked the manager if I could use it. Unfortunately, she responded in a rude manner, stating that she couldn't accept it. I've never experienced anything like this at any other Starbucks. Because of this, I won't be returning to this location.
I just had the most perfect coffee—both the taste and temperature were spot on! The drive-thru was quick, and the staff were friendly and polite.
