Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle

Way better then the richmond location. Service and food is way better then the richmond location. I usually get the tomato broth dish it's pretty nice. Some of their appies are good too if your a fan of century egg. Wish they stayed open later.

Best lunch on a cold blustery day!. No place better on a cold or rainy day than Chef Hung's. I've tried lots of different versions of their noodle soups and loved every one. Hot, savory and filling. Fast service.

I decided to give this restaurant a second chance, and I was pleasantly surprised. I had visited their Richmond location years ago and was not impressed despite their many awards. I remember finding the food to be lacking in flavor. However, I recently tried dining at their West Vancouver location and found the food to be excellent. I even craved more the next day! I will definitely be returning to the Richmond location to give it another try.

The restaurant is very good, but on the pricier side. This was my first time trying Taiwanese beef noodle soup. I opted for the Champion Beef Brisket in clear broth with flat noodles. The beef brisket was incredibly tender and the soup was delicious. However, the portion size was a bit small and there was only a single piece of vegetable in the dish. I also ordered a side of chicken nuggets, which were fresh and perfectly marinated. In general, the food was excellent.
