Baskin-robbins - West Valley City

Somewhat clean, customers service is always decent, the ice cream was amazing, my only complaint is I got a chocolate dipped cone and it was inedible and tasted like it was 2 years old.

Not a super great experience! My boyfriend requested an ice cream cake for his birthday, so of course I ordered one from here and they put the wrong ice cream in the cake, which is the whole point of an ice cream cake! I ordered Reese’s ice cream and they put cookies and cream ice cream and unfortunately for me I didn’t realize it until the party was happening. Pretty annoying when I order it in advance and paid $30+ and they can’t even get the ice cream right!

The facilities are always clean, and the staff welcomed me when I walked it. I was able to find what I came to purchase in seconds, and was able to walk out with my purchase in under 2 minutes.

This location has the absolute worst customer service. They need to get a manager in there to train the workers. It would be the difference between night and day. First off, if when customers entered the building, they'd at least look up and acknowledge them.. even if there's a long wait, they could at least say hello and we'll be with you as soon as possible. They don't do that and because they don't do that, they don't know who's been waiting there longer than everyone else, and who they should help in what order and instead end up having angry people who've been waiting for over 30 minutes while they're helping people who just walked in the door.

Really bad service. I'm coming today with a T-Mobile promo and the lady make me buy an extra ice cream cone and never g8ve me the promo. She said I have to buy 2 item in order to give me 2 off promo. Basking Robbing in West Valley is suck
