フィードバックを提供するTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I understand you have a certain amount of minutes to process each order but don?t you think customer service should be your main priority?? Why argue with someone for 5 minutes and telling them they need to come inside or wait in the drivethru again. Those 5 minutes you wasted you could?ve just added on the gift cars. DISGUSTED WITH HOW IT WAS HANDLED. Avoid this location at all costs! It?s not worth going to!!!
Waited 10 minutes in the dining room without any service or anyone even acknowledging my presence. After listening to the employees swear and complain about customers and another employee who failed to show, I along with some other customers just left.
This location is such hit or miss. they really need to do more training on listening on the headset for drive thru, the amount of times they give me the wrong thing is astounding. croissants instead of bagels, bacon when i didn?t ask for it, a smidgin of cream cheese.
Their card reader wasn 't working,, no big deal. I Ordered 2 drinks and a donut. Pulled up to the window and the coffee wasn 't made correct, also no big deal... BUT the fact that one of the younger girl workers Said well maybe you should say that at the speaker because she thought that I wouldn 't be able to hear her through the window. It was unbelievably rude, especially bc adding sugar and cream is no big deal. The other woman worker continued to be extremely polite while getting our change and handled the situation as best she could. As a former fast food worker I understand that customers can be frustrating but that way she said her remark, with the DT window open for us to hear was extremely unacceptable. I will not be going back to this location.
Staff seemed great, but the whiny franchise owner has decided to have a temper tantrum about not being able to find more employees to underpay and has resorted to posting belittling signage about government handouts at their locations. Practice what you preach about being thankful for your team members and pay them fairly. I?m sure that will help you attract new employees.
