フィードバックを提供するIt took 26 minutes for us to receive our order. The front of the restaurant and the area they were making the food was dirty, and quite frankly disgusting. We witnessed the male manager scream at an employee when he did something wrong. The female manager disappeared to count a drawer while there were about 10 cars in drive-thru, and 6 in the dining room waiting for food. The 2 orders inside that were placed after ours were filled before ours. The male taking orders at both the drive-thru and inside the restaurant had horrible customer service. The male manager threw a couple bags on the counter, yelled the numbers out, and walked away. When those people came up to get them and asked which order was which, they were told to look in the bags and figure it out. He had horrible customer service. We were there on 9/7/23 and placed our order at 8:43pm. We received our food at 9:09pm. Almost a half hour is not fast food. This location has been getting worse every time I go there. Hopefully someone will do something soon to rectify this.
I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff is always smiling and respectful, and they quickly fix any mistakes with my order without hesitation.
Today, I ordered food from their app and unfortunately one of the staff members forgot to make my order. Despite giving them 15 minutes advance notice, my order still wasn't ready. However, the rest of the staff was very courteous.
The food was prepared accurately and promptly. The cashier was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I was very impressed by the staff at this restaurant. And don't forget to grab a cold beer while you're there!
It was great was kinda slow when I went but the food was as always quick
