Wingstop - West Sacramento

I sampled the new chicken sandwich and found it tasty. The customer service was excellent; however, they were completely out of every soda option. It's a restaurant, so it's surprising that they ran out of all their soft drinks—definitely a sign of poor management.

The cashier is extremely nice, friendly, and patient. It’s great to see that you have such a cheerful team working in the back at night! Keep up the good work, everyone!

This was my first and last visit to any Wingstop. It was absolutely terrible and nearly made me sick! The 70¢ wing deal is only for the boneless wings, which were soggy and tasted like sugar-covered chicken. They were completely drenched in sauce. As a diabetic, my blood sugar shot up after just a few pieces, even though I took enough insulin to cover the carbs listed in their nutrition facts. I ended up going over 400! It ruined my Monday evening, and I will never return.

More often than not, wings are seasoned well and NOT frequently too dry. I?m partial to the dry rubs (specially: Louisiana Rub, Hot Honey Rub; ?.the Garlic Parmesan is hit or miss) I agree, the fries are particularly tasty. The best part is (main reasonwhy I have 5/5) my kids like eating here; they?re by no means food critics, but they have a strong opinion on what they like anddon?t like ?they like.

Placed order through mobile. 20 mins later I arrived at the store, paid, and was told ?we are working on it?. Waiting 20 more minutes before saying if my order is almost done. Again ?we are now finishing it up?. Waiting 20 more minutes and asked if it?sdone because it?s been a full hour since the order was placed. Turns out it?s been done and they just stuffed it on their shelfwith many more bags. Not only was the food cold I missed out on taking my girlfriend some lunch since she works grave yardshifts. The service was horrible since I got there to when I left with the cold food.
