Jamba - West Sacramento

The staff is fantastic. They are efficient in serving everyone and clearly work well as a team. I do wish the restaurant were a bit larger, as I felt a bit cramped with all the children who came in while I was there.

My dad also tried to open the door, but it was definitely locked. We lingered for a moment, hoping they might let us in—we would have happily tipped them for that—but they seemed to be ignoring us, so we eventually left. The sign said they close at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, but it was only 7:34 p.m. when we checked the door, and it was already secured. It seemed like they didn't care about the business. This experience took place on August 16, 2022, at 7:34 PM. If they regularly close before 8 p.m., I apologize for the negative review and suggest they update the hours on their sign.

I visited this Jamba Juice location during my lunch break today and was quite disappointed. I waited for 15 minutes in the lobby and seating area for the employees to come out. I could hear them chatting about their personal lives in the back, and when I called out "hello?" no one came to assist me. Since I was on a limited break, I eventually had to leave. The customer service was very disappointing.

Earline and Nyah at Jamba Juice we?re amazing. Customer service was phenomenal. My partner and I came to this location from another state. We don?t get Jamba Juice very often so to our surprise when there was something we didn?t like, we were takencare of with kindness. On top of everything, the music was great! Very pleased with my experience and we will be back. ??

They make a mean smoothie and are very nice. I usually get the protein blueberry with almond milk and protein pea powder yummmmmmy! I want to add that I appreciate that they don't judge me for how I like my smoothie like other locations (Roseville)
