Dunkin' Donuts - WEST ROXBURY

This is one of the unofficial west Roxbury meeting places (along with roche brothers on centre street). The parking lot sucks but The coffee is good and they have enough people working that the lines move quick unlike some other dunks in the area

The service is quick, and the quality is impressive. I'm not sure how they manage to keep up with such a high volume of customers, but they certainly do. If you order ahead through the mobile app, you can still enjoy a drive-thru-like experience when you pick up. While you do need to step out of your car, almost always your food is ready and waiting for you.

This has become my favorite Dunkin' Donuts lately. I have a go-to parking spot in the lot, and every time I order my coffee, it's always made exactly the way I like it. The staff working behind the counter are always friendly and positive. I’d definitely give it a thumbs up and four stars!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite training several new employees that day, service was efficient and everything was handled well.
