Casey's - West Point

Long line, slow service, never any food in the warmers. I have been in there at different times of the day and samething every time. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

DISGUSTING BATHROOMS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was really hoping this was a one-off thing, but it isn't. It's happened three times now. The women's toilets are covered in filth, and the floors are sticky. There's toilet paper all over the floor. The cashiers don't greet you when you go to the register. Actually, they don't speak to you AT ALL. The cashier who prompted this review walked away from the register to talk to the kitchen worker without telling me my total. I wasn't even sure if he'd rung up my kitchen items. He still hadn't come back by the time I finished paying, and there were still 4 people in line behind me. Hopefully, they got better service than I did.

Out of all the Casey’s I have been too, it has been the cleanest and neatest one. One of the workers (Jazmyne) made sure that I had a smile on my face, helped me look for things that I couldn’t find. Over-all a wonderful place! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Rudeness at its finest. Not even a hello when I said it to the cashier. Looking at her phone and texting as she rang me out. Said absolutely nothing at all.
