フィードバックを提供するThe owner was rude! My friends and I were very disappointed at the service here. The owner himself served us and he was incredibly rude! He told one of the waitresses to serve another table before us because we were only thee for dessert (we had called ahead and they said that would be fine). Then when the owner came over to take our order, he told us he did not have time to make one of the desserts we ordered and then he stormed off when we asked for table water! He told the waitress not to serve us! We left after that appalling display. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour! The restaurant was half empty, so I don't know what the service would be like on a busy night! Definitely would not recommend!!
I called up ahead to check if it was ok to just order desserts as we already had dinner. He said it was fine. He got angry that we were only getting 3 desserts, there was 5 of us. He was angry that we wanted tap water instead of still or sparkling, he wouldn't take the order for a fancy dessert which we requested because he didn't have time to come to the table to do it. This particular dessert he had to make in front of us. My friends and I were intrigued so we wanted that one... Before we could order our teas... he stormed off and scrunched up the order and threw it some random direction. He then told the waitress not to serve us... my friends and I were so shocked and confused as to what was happening we were speechless for most of the 15 minutes we were there... As we were leaving, because the pretentious aashole wouldn't serve us, he came towards us and said "we are not a cafe". I told him he was disgusting and left. This guys doesn't know customer service and he shouldn't be running a business!!!!

Have been there with my girlfriends on a very busy night. Lovely food and a great host. Had so much fun, and I'll go back again! The think that I liked the most was the personalised service and authenticity of it. If they are on the menu go for the figs wrapped in prosciutto with blue cheese!
Went for Valentines dinner. Was booked for 7:45 and arrived on time with good intentions from all the things I heard and read. Credit to the chef as the food was very good, flavours crafted very cleverly so in that case was very impressed. Unfortunately being forgotten about and not getting our order taken until 1 hour and 20 minutes later and being told 'sorry we forgot you'. We then received the first two courses back to back to which the first course was not what we were told was on the set menu and then waited another 40 mins for the main. By now I would of walked out but lucky for them they made me pre-pay over the phone before arriving!!! Nice of them to give me two complimentary drinks because 'we were forgotten about' to only then charge me $7 for a bottle of tap water! No communication whatsoever by staff and several tables around suffered the same experience, some arrived even earlier than I and received food ever later than us!! Shame, as the food was very good, but service definitely ruined my 'supposed' special valentines night. Staff were flustered, confused and irritated which reflected to the customers. May want to get a front of staff member who actually knows what's going on?
