Tijuana Flats - West Palm Beach

What an amazing experience this was. Me and my partner walked in today not knowing what to order. As we approached the cashier to take our order we were greeted and given the time we needed to view over the menu. We ordered a few different things. Jazz or Jasmine was very attentive to us from the moment we stepped foot in the restaurant till the moment we left. She had the most patience and even suggested a few things. Our name was called and the order was walked over to our table where Jasmine took the time out to then suggest a sweet chili sauce for our delicious Atom Bombs. You guys did a great thing by hiring her. I sincerely believe she should be recognized and Maybe considered for a junior manager position. The kid is a bright star. We will definitely be back to visit soon. The food was absolutely delicious and because it was so much of it it made a great dinner for is both. We are glad we visited.

Haven't been since we moved 2.5 years ago from Tampa. Had the tacos and my partner had the veggie bowl. Both were fresh and with generous portions. Clean surroundings and friendly staff.

Usually we have a pretty good experience but on 4/29/22 I got nachos (no meat) to go and me and my girlfriend got horribly food poisoning at 3am. We didn't leave the bed the entire next day. We couldn't even keep water down. It was the only thing we shared that day so it had to be that. Usually I love the nachos and taco salad. Just putting this up here in case it happened to others around the same time.

This particular location is just okay. It's inconsistent. The staff is nice, but not all of them are friendly. Some are downright gruff. The food is almost always the same. Which is good. The details get lost sometimes; they give us the wrong sauces, or forget to remove jalapeños on one of our orders. They are stingy with their to-go sauces too. Also, this generally a very slow location, regardless of Tuesday or Thursday specials. We have ordered here a bunch of times, only because we love T Flats as a restaurant, not because we love this location.

My wife and I had a great time in Tijuana Flats in West Palm Beach. This restaurant has a lot of great food ready for you to eat! This was a great place in West Palm Beach
