Rapids Waterpark - West Palm Beach

Good times! Worth it for the week day price. Food prices weren't too bad. Got some free fries because service was a little slow...did not/would not ask for the free fries, so it was a nice gesture by the staff. Staff is friendly. Safety is taken seriously. Park needs to take care of bees at top of Black Thunder. Day was cut short by thunder/lightning in the area. Great for 1 day...but probably not a repeat unless you really want to repeat rides. Crowds weren't too big, so we were able to repeat on good rides without waiting too long. Not all rides were open, but still very fun. First time at a water park for our family.

Fantastic Water Park Experience!I recently visited Rapids Waterpark with my kids and nephews, and we had an amazing time! The safety measures in place, along with the attentive lifeguards, gave us peace of mind while enjoying the water activities.Moreover, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restrooms, which is always an essential aspect of any enjoyable outing. The park staff did a great job of maintaining a hygienic environment throughout our visit.When it comes to the service, the staff was friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly cared about the guests ' experiences, and it showed in their exceptional attention to detail.The food and beverage options were diverse and great. We indulged in some tasty treats, and it perfectly complemented our day at the park.Overall, we had an unforgettable time at this water park, and we can 't wait to visit again soon. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic water park adventure for the whole family!

Rapids is horrible. You might be excited to go to such a tropical place but they are robbers , make bad food and are mad half of the time. For example, We got to the park at 3:30 and they made it clear that if lighting begins we will get new tickets for a different day. The park had reported lighting in the area at 5:44 and the policy is that if the park closes due to lighting at 6 or later we do not get a refund. So these robbers open the park from 6:25 to 6:35 just so we can not get our tickets. Also, they opened the park when the lighting was still happening which puts us all at risk. They did this just so we can’t get tickets for a different day. Also , the food was terrible and the meat was really over cooked and they were always in a bad mood. The food was also cold and almost black and what got me and my family really mad was when I waited for 1 hour alone in a line waiting for my family when I am almost at the top they make us all go down. The wait time was a 1 hour wait and the workers were very sluggish and didn’t even try to speed it up.

Great place for a family holiday with lots of activities for all ages. This is by far the best water park. We bought the season pass online and it was worth it! You can definitely stay there all day! There are places where you can relax and eat. The territory of the park is huge, you will always find your place and a slide from which you can ride or sit in the cool pool. I recommend visiting with the whole family.

In the bathrooms it was all dirty. The floor was all dirty with pee. Same as the toilet seat. There were even bathrooms with no doors and the one with doors has no lock. Now the chairs. The chairs were super dirty with literally orange spots. At least clean them once a month. Over all the park was great. Waters were clean, staff was friendly, and the slides were great. Also another problem the showers weren’t working. I would give it a better review if the problems weren’t that serious.
