Pollo Tropical - West Palm Beach

This place is pretty good. I enjoyed the Pina Colada drink and her rice and beans. They forget my Cilantro garlic sauce, but they gave it to me after I went to the store after I went through the ride.

Pollo is good especially if you want something other than a fast food burger. My faves are the Tropi Chop and the 1/4 chicken dark with yellow rice. And do not forget the sauce please. Try all the sauce they are fire. Now the line in the drive through lately is ridiculous but the staff dose well with moving the line.

Disappointed. I’m giving a three stars assuming that the food will be good. I made an online order and it’s been past 20 mins since it was supposed to be ready, nothing yet. The place seems overwhelmed by the rush hour. The manager was doing great by helping everybody else in the kitchen. The food was good.

First time getting pollo tropical, food was good but service was horrid. Drove all the way home to find out they had forgotten our food and then when we went back, no one addressed us at the counter for like 5 minutes. Retraining your staff might be something you want to think about. And before you reply the standard line like you do to everyone else, we will not be giving this location another chance.

Must be nice to be able to close the dining room to customers at 12pm during lunch rush. The manager of this location is probably managing the Wendy’s next door because they’re doing the same thing. Also they need to check and clean the restroom more often than they do now.
