Chipotle Mexican Grill

I wouldn't recommend this place. I've heard from several people who have ended up with food poisoning for days after eating here. Be cautious, as it seems the staff isn't careful about what they're serving!

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would choose that option. We ordered delivery multiple times, and the incompetent staff at this establishment seems to have no understanding of what a salad is. As a hospital, we order food for all the nurses on our unit, and now several nurses will go without meals because they were given soup instead. The employees are rude and clearly lack the necessary skills. The first ingredient in a salad is, of course, salad!

In recent months, while waiting for my order, I've observed the counter staff yelling at customers who point out mistakes with their orders. I visited last Thursday, and despite the issues with my order, the staff member who took my order started yelling at me and insisting that I was wrong. It was humiliating, and I’ve had enough! My family has decided we're done with this problematic location!

If I could leave 0 stars, the service was bad and unprofessional. seven employees and no line yet I had to wait to pay for my food. I asked a question and was ignored, asked again and no answer. only empty stars, apparently English is not her strong suit. because no man hired me a single word and gave me an appointment when I asked what my whole thing was. finally is chipotle ghetto, qudoba for life. period.

Walked in to wait in a small line. We got through pretty quick too. The staff that put everything together was nice and gave us exactly what we wanted. When we went sit down we noticed nothing was clean. It was clean where the food was, but the lobby area and drink area was a different story. So, we cleaned off and wiped down our own table. We were there for at least 45 minutes and not a single person came out to clean. When we finished I decided to take pictures for this review and one of the employees, I believe was the manager told me I am not aloud to take pictures because no one cleaned anything. Then she proceed to start yelling at me, then followed me to the restroom and she held the door open like I wasn't aloud to use the bathroom as it was a one person bathroom. It was really weird and uncomfortable. I would love to give one or no stars because of this lady and how she acted, but the food was delicious and the other employees did a good job, besides cleaning. Overall, we definitely will be going back to a Chipotle, just not this particular one because the lady was hostile toward me making it uncomfortable to be there.Vegetarian options: The is a build your own option, great for vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: The majority of the staff was nice, but not friendly as they keep to themselves, except for one lady, which is very hostile and unfriendly.Parking: Parking is easy to get in and out.Wheelchair accessibility: There os handicap parking and easy access for wheelchairs.Dietary restrictions: Having the ability to build your own makes Chipotle great for dietary restrictions.
