The owner came up to me to ensure I was good and we had a wonderful conversation. My waitress also made sure I was good every step of the way. I love it here
The restaurant is very cute and a little elevated, they do not have many vegan options, but they know what vegan means and I could order quite a few dinge, all delicious authentic Turkish food! more beautiful place, but I can only guess 3 because of missing options
We had two cold mezze (eggplant and swash and pure fava beans), two hot mezze (zucchini pfannkuchen and spinach rolls) and a main dish (okra), as well as baklava dessert. everything was delicious and not dairy if they did not add the yoghurt sauce, and that was a lot of eating for two. there were many other vegetarian and vegan options. the ambiente was nice warm, ethnic and eclectic, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was excellent and timely.
I was in agora a few times, and eating and the atmosphere is very good. it's a bit elevated for the opposite (northwood), but that's a nice dinner. the personal knows what it means to be vegan and will help them navigate the mostly meat and milk-based menu. I had some wonderful hummus, pita and oliven to start my dinner. next I had the fresh artichokes and lima beans, which was tasty but unusual, as the artichoke is served cold. the roasted picked aubergine is also beautiful if they like a roasted, smokey aubergine. when eating fried food, the fried zucchini croquettes were nice for a warm food option. by far the best part of the meal was the falafel, which was not too heavy and full of taste. the falafel was served with hummus and baby green side salat. Unfortunately there was no vegan dessert, but I had a beautiful glass champagner.
Beautiful smoked aubergine diver. many beautiful olives seasoned to take home, too.
