Nathan's Famous - WEST NYACK

I would rate this restaurant as a 1 out of 5, as I cannot give it a zero score. The staff consistently gets orders wrong at the counter. My first order was incorrect and when I tried to fix it, they still made mistakes. The person taking the order should pay better attention. Overall, the customer service was terrible.

Should have checked the reviews before I ordered something here.. The fries were dark brown and soggy because the cook didnt cook it right and the frying oil seem never been cleaned or changed for a long time. The signature hot dog was dry. Absolutely hated everything here.

We went for the vegan hot dogs and they didn't have them

After I went I've skating with my fiancee last night. We ended up getting a hotdog for myself and a Sprite for her. After we got home come to find out I had gotten food poisoning from Nathans. I really hope they have a food inspector go there. I will never ever eat there again.

I absolutely adore the food, service, atmosphere, and staff at this restaurant. Without the hardworking people who work there, the restaurant would not be the same. Thank you all for everything you do.
