Taco Bell - West New York

It seems that some of the staff responsible for preparing orders may have trouble with counting. While I can’t speak for everyone, I personally rely on having hot sauce packets included. When I specifically requested 20 and only received 4, it really highlights a lack of attention to detail.

I ordered a Fire Sauce packet but didn’t receive any. This is the third time this has happened! I really need my Fire Sauce for my taco.

I always request sauce and pay for it when placing my order, but it never gets added!

I ordered the Mexican Pizza without sauce this time because the last time there was too much sauce. I wish the options included sauce on the side or Less Sauce . It was very bland with no sauce at all.

I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. This is the fourth time I've ordered from here, and each time my order has been incorrect. I spoke to the manager, who told me they'd ensure I received the correct order, but when I arrived at the restaurant, none of the staff offered any solutions. They really need to pay attention and improve their service, as it is quite disappointing.
