P.f. Chang's West New York

Dining here is always a pleasure. However, I really miss the P.F. Chang for two deal. I used to visit much more often when they had that promotion for members. It's truly unfortunate.

The restaurant was quite disorganized; tables were left uncleaned after guests left. I noticed at least four tables with finished plates, dirty napkins, half-empty drinks, and used utensils sitting for at least 20 minutes. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to maintain a tidy environment, which is surprising considering its proximity to the pier. Additionally, the food was excessively seasoned and overly salty. I have visited this place many times in the past, but it has certainly declined.

The food was decent but didn't impress overall. The dumplings had an oily flavor, while the lettuce wraps were quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. Our server was often absent or seemed to ignore us completely.

The restaurant was clean, menu had many great options. Food was very good. Portions are not large but sufficient.

Always a great meal at this PF Chang’s location. Service was fantastic. Food was served timely and nice and hot. Drink menu is varied and all well mixed. Full meal is relatively expensive per person but worth the price. We were celebrating a 21st birthday and had a great time.
