El Eslabon - West New York

I recently dined at this restaurant with my husband, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and full of flavor, with reasonable prices and generous portions! The most challenging part was choosing what to order from the menu. We're already looking forward to our next visit, especially because of how friendly the staff was. We tried the lomo saltado (my favorite!) and the tacu tacu con mariscos (his favorite!).

El Eslabon offers outstanding customer service and delicious food, making you feel like part of the family every time you visit. My father and I always enjoy dining in or getting takeout from here. They never fail to impress!

I ordered something completely different from what I received. When I dug my spoon into the dish I thought I had ordered, the staff came over and told me that since I had touched it, I couldn't get my original order. Instead of the meat I wanted, I ended up with liver. So frustrating!

I wish I could try more of the menu, but I never get that far because always order the same thing because it 's so good! Super good. Always a must visit when my friends visit. Very welcoming aura about the place. Chauffe very good.

Absolutely loved my time here. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. Our server was attentive and always checking in on us. Our food was fresh and delicious. The menu has a lot of authentic Peruvian cuisine that you just won't find anywhere else. The most difficult thing is locating parking. We didn't have to wait as we were seated right away. I can imagine the place getting busier tho.
