Was the only customer in the shop where 2 women who work here had to attend. they were busy chatting chit and counting bills. both saw me waiting and continued with her resting at work. then a gentleman came to a cup of coffee and I was told I will be helped after I helped him. very unprofessional and poor customer service. I had to wait 15 minutes before they could get me 2 draw ice cream and packed pint to go! would not recommend this place.

Guy was nice and patient. served and accused me right.

I came in for ice cream with gummies bears and got a cup of ice cream m&ms in return and once it was changed I received a ice cream cup with 6 gummy bears on top and with m&ms remaining inside and all the gummy bears ended up falling off vs my brother who got a full cup of gummy bears in his ice cream. My visit to dunkin was by an inexperienced worker with an attitude towards being corrected for her actions.
