Wendy's - West Monroe

We usually go to the Wendy's on Thomas Rd, but it's closed for reconstruction.... so we decided to keep the on good Rd... to our surprise the staff was friendly, the food was hot and the lobby was clean.... You're the good work! We're coming back...

Came in with a special order and Miss Angela was very helpful, polite, awesome. And I'm a truck driver and I will be back here.

We eat Wendy's very often, and all over locations. By far, the Wells road pilot Wendy's is the best all around. Friendly people ,very helpful and kind. Always hot fresh food no matter what time. And it's always done just right

Did breakfast to go! Pretty quick service and food was alright. I tried the breakfast bacon baconator combo.

Service was great, food was kind of mediocre. I ordered the big bacon burger at 10:48 in the morning and it was cold when I got it. I was the only one in line so they must have been expecting a crowd! I'm sure everybody is trying to save a dollar. Pre-cooking your food in advance of the order is not the way. I still ate it though!
