First of all-we love DQ. As a fast food option it's a great choice usually. It took over an hour to get our food. The first 45mins we waited and when I went to ask I saw food in the window. It was bagged up even though we ate in, and when given the receipt it wasn't my order. She told me she gave my food to the wrong people, sorry. Nothing else. I told her she needed to get her manager and it needed to be corrected. She acted too out of it to even know how to do that. The manager then treated me like it was my fault. I guess I was easy to blame since the woman who gave our food away wouldn't say anything. I told her we'd take the food if she'd give us back the difference and instead threw it all away!?! One of those could have been given for our meal since they were the same. Also the fries. Rebuild the burgers. Ridiculous to waste food like that. The manager never apologized or offered an accommodation. She might have been having a bad day but in the hospitality business you always have to set the example. Finally, the cooler for the ice cream was out so they had the ac set as cold as possible. You could not sit inside without a jacket or sweatshirt and it was 100* outside.

We ordered online. Our order was not ready. They had no gravy for the strip meal. They forgot our drinks and ice cream. I think they may be understaffed.
