Chili's Grill - West Milwaukee

I ordered the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. Well... I got an explosion alright. My quesadilla was as crisp as a potato chip, and it appeared they added the last bit of leftover cheese. I have been trying to contact a manager, but she is too busy to answer my call. I spent $15.00 on this meal! I am fed up with supporting businesses and feeling like I have been taken advantage of. Meal type: Dinner.

The service at this restaurant was below average as the server was quiet and did not check on us until closing time. We had to go to the bar to get our drinks, which then randomly closed. The bathroom stall was missing a door and despite the staff being all over the place, the service remained poor. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing. I recently placed a delivery order through Chili's website, which was powered by DoorDash. After realizing I had forgotten to include my apartment number on the receipt, I called the store to correct the mistake. The person who answered the phone seemed to dislike her job and was incredibly rude. She claimed they didn't offer delivery services, despite the fact that we had placed the order through DoorDash. After providing her with the apartment number, she abruptly hung up without another word. The driver also mentioned that she had not passed on the information. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with my orders from this Chili's location, whether it be missing items or rude employees. I spend a significant amount of money on each order as I have a large family to feed, but the consistently poor service is unacceptable. I have worked in the food service industry for many years and would never treat customers in this manner. I will not be ordering from this location again and would rather go out of my way to dine elsewhere than deal with the disrespectful attitude and missing items.
