China Buffet - West Mifflin

This is a solid Chinese buffet. The food is kept at an appropriate serving temperature, which is important. However, I found the room temperature egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and chicken skewers to be disappointing; even if the flavors are good, they shouldn’t be served cold. On a positive note, the teriyaki chicken was delicious, and I ended up eating much more than I normally do at Chinese buffets. While the selection isn’t as extensive as at some other buffets, what they do offer is quite tasty, and it’s very affordable. The staff is courteous and attentive, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, well done!

The restaurant offers a nice variety of vegetables, and none of the dishes are overly sweet. The beef and green peppers are particularly excellent. The overall cooking quality is quite good, although the selection is somewhat limited. Prices are a bit higher compared to other Chinese buffets, but I return regularly for the healthy options and tasty food.
