The order lasted about half an hour and the pizza was not even very good. Disappointed.

Frieda always puts in her best effort with a smile. As long as she’s working there, I’m confident the pizza will be delicious.

I'm quite confused. My food is consistently hot and fresh, yet the customer service here is always disappointing. The staff tends to be rude and unapproachable. Unfortunately, this negative experience often makes me dread coming here, despite my love for the pizza. While they advertise that the pizza is "hot and ready" for grab-and-go convenience, I've now found that I have to wait 20 to 45 minutes for a pizza, which seems unreasonable.

Ordered 4 pizzas by phone because the whole hot and ready thing is apparently a joke now and was told 30 minutes only to arrive and find out the staff gave my order away to someone else so I went to Domino's down the street and ordered and received delicious pizzas in 10 minutes. Don't bother with this location period. The pizza is only worth waiting for if you are dead broke.
