I ordered from here for Father’s day and it arrived amazingly quickly (to York) and tasted absolutely divine! Will 100% be ordering from here again.

First class customer service , Response is very fast to any queries and went the extra mile when I had a problem with delivery. I have visited the shop several times in the past and just love the produce from here

We visited the store looking for some special cheese for a friend's birthday. They had a fantastic variety of cheeses to choose from. We will definitely be coming back for more specialty cheeses in the future!

Purchased some cheeses online for a special occasion celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee! The delivery was very fast, arriving the next day. I was pleased with the efficient and correct order, as well as the discounts. I have bought these cheeses locally before and know they are good quality. The website also offers a variety of gift selections. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.

I ordered 3 of the barrel cheeses from the mouse house company online. I ordered on 5th December for a Christmas hamper for my mum. I waited a while for the cheese to arrive, when it did arrive there was a cheese missing. Despite them ticking two lemoncello cheeses they only sent one. I have emailed them regarding this and after a couple of days they did reply. No apology only stating they would give me a refund. I am still waiting for a refund. I did send an email back asking if they could sent the cheese I had ordered and paid for. They haven’t replied to my email. I have now emailed today to receive a reply saying they are closed for Christmas until 4th January. So to sum up they have taken my money and not provided me which what I have ordered, and they are difficult to contact. I would not recommend this company which is a same because the cheese is lovely. Shame about the lack of customer service. Fingers crossed I get the refund.
