Hylin - WEST LEEDERVILLE

A sunny morning meant I enjoyed brunch outdoors with my dad at Hylin, a trendy and super popular café in West Leederville.

Heard from numerous friends about this place but maybe that has set my expectations too high.

I'm highly impressed with this placeNestled on a quiet street in west Leederville - it's got a great atmosphere in here.

So impressed by this place. Never been to a place with so many irresistible choices on the menu. New and different without trying too hard. They also know how to make a proper latte what a relief. Right temperature, right glass, great taste and beautiful fern. I had the open breaky burger with a side of seasonal greens and my partner had the chilli cheese scram with jamon truffled mushrooms. Both outstanding. Service great and not over bearing. Order and pay up front at the counter which means the staff can focus on more on service. Venue was cosy and quirky. Not too big, good music but quiet enough to have a conversation. The only thing I would point out to people wanting to visit this place is there is no sweet option on the menu (waffles, pancakes etc. . This wasn't a problem for us however but may disappoint a sweet tooth. Also looked pretty busy on a Wednesday so I imagine weekends must be a bit crazy. A definite must visit well done Hylin

Soooooooo glad i was introduced to this place today!!! Delish fresh juices the menu is to die for!! I never thought a plate full of green veg could taste so amazing. Can't wait to eat my way through all the options
