Briars Hall - West Lancashire

We popped in today for lunch and had a wonderful one .I had the glazed Ribs, minute steak and the cheesecake which was delicious the ribs were very meaty. My husband had garlic mushrooms,fish and chips and the cheesecake. My Dad just had the soup and cheesecake . We also had the pleasure of meeting James the new duty manager who did very well on his first day. James is a very pleasant young man and I think he will do very well .Welcome James x

Called with a boat party for evening meals. Great service and outstanding carvery. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the very attentive staff. Marc

Went to a wedding here. Not impressed with the buffet. Not enough salad to go around. Two tables never got any deserts. Tried to order a taxi at the reception. Three times they booked one which never came. We had to resort to Uber which was three times as expensive as a normal taxi. Not impressed.
