フィードバックを提供するThe staff was friendly and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The food was delicious and presented well, with plenty of great vegetarian options. I’m definitely returning! I tried the spicy tofu plate and the vegetarian sushi salad, and both were excellent!
I brought my lunch with me when I visited Purdue, hoping to find something gluten-free. During my last visit, I stumbled upon Green Sprout. They offer a fantastic variety of delicious Asian fusion cuisine, combining elements of a sushi restaurant and a Korean bakery. Their gluten-free menu is quite impressive, featuring gluten-free baked goods and sushi rice. One of the standout items are their 'rice triangles': warm rice with scrumptious fillings, perfectly wrapped in a nori triangle. Priced a little over $2 each, they are quite filling and make for delightful finger food, especially on a cold day.
For all the vegans out there, this place is a must-try for lunch on campus! I had the Mushroom Tofu special, which I asked to be made spicy, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and quick as well.
Nice bowls for lunch.
