Domino's Pizza - West Lafayette

Despite the hordes of negative reviews about terrible service, I was happy enough to be so happy.far. This place makes great pizza and fast delivery. The quality is great and s is the staff. Has had a good experience so far. 4 stars because my pizza was late missing the signature garlic butter sauce on the crust I never eat at Papa John's because of the dry crust after 1 hour of delivery)

Tonight, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly, and the pizza was prepared quickly and was reasonably priced. In the past, I hadn't always had a positive experience here, but after sharing my concerns, I was encouraged to give them another chance. I'm not sure what changed, but they definitely earned my business back!

It took me three minutes to get someone on the phone, but the pizzas are perfect and delicious.

From the moment I called, the lovely Bri made my day brighter with her cheerful attitude. She was exceptional and genuinely thanked me for my business. Meanwhile, Draven, who was working in the back, executed my order perfectly and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Bravo! Their outstanding service not only earned my business back but also lifted my spirits for the rest of the day. Thank you, Bri... and thank you, Draven... keep up the great work! Not everyone appreciates service like yours, but I certainly do.
