Kind of slow this morning, but the coffee is always good

Really negative experience here today. Went through the drive-through asked for Small Iced Extra Extra. Came back with one milk (maybe) and one sugar. When I asked (at window) that they remediate the staff member said No looks extra extra to me . Could care less. Inappropriate and infuriating. Also no jelly in the glaze stick even though I specifically asked they confirm. I understand we 're all under stress but come on! And this was a Dunkin I recommended to friends.

Always pleasant, Courteous, and responsive. One of the best DDs around.

Used to be really good but lately has fallen off they cut you off don't let you finish making your order and then even when they take your order and repeat it back properly they somehow managed to mess it up

This was the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. The woman at the drive-thru window had a very unfriendly attitude and just handed me my food without any politeness.
