Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The service at this restaurant is terrible. We came in to order the 16-piece family pack, but were disappointed by the service and food portions. We were treated poorly when we arrived and ordered our takeout. After realizing they only gave us 15 pieces, the manager responded with a raised eyebrow when we brought it to their attention. We should not have to explain ourselves to receive what we paid for. It was the kitchen staff's mistake, but instead of apologizing, we were treated like we were untrustworthy. The manager was not accommodating and did not smile. They also forgot to give us napkins and only provided three for our large order when my son asked. The size of the chicken pieces had decreased, which was a disappointing change. Despite previously having good service and food, our experience was extremely negative this time. We will not be returning to this location and do not recommend it to others.

When it comes to fried chicken, Popeyes is a fantastic choice. I would definitely go back and recommend trying this spot! I plan on revisiting in the future.

We visited this location for the first time and were pleased with the quick service despite the line. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, and the fries were delicious. There were limited drink options due to some being out of order. We ordered both takeout and ate in, and were impressed with the fast service. We can't wait to come back again soon.

The food was awesome once again! I have been to many PopEyes across Canada and this one feels the same as all the others. Good service, great food, good prices. I received the 5 piece tenders meal, and left feeling full! I love this place!

I am giving 3 stars because the sandwiches were amazing as always, but the mac and cheese was soup and flavorless! We always get the mac and cheese for my kids and this was pretty disappointing.
