Murray's Pizza - West Kelowna

Why have online ordering if you don’t pay attention to it? Ordered 2 large pizzas last night received confirmation they’d be ready for pickup in 30-40 mins. Arrived there just over 30 minutes later, only to be told they didn’t get my order. I showed the girl at the counter my email confirmation and she basically said oh well, I guess we were too busy to get to it…. If I ever order from Murray’s again, I’ll be sure to phone it in!

Murray 's was recommended to us. We ordered two pizzas one regular crust and one gluten friendly crust. (Doesn 't everybody else use the term gluten free ? . Half an hour later they called to say the gluten friendly crust did not turn out, and they can 't offer gluten friendly. We said okay. They called back 5 minutes later to tell us the delivery will be delayed because they have other orders to fill. What? We ordered half an hour ago! We cancelled. Very poor customer service we won 't be ordering pizza from Murray 's again. (Edit Murray 's Pizza called the next day to apologize. And asked that we order again, this time at no charge. So it 's only fair to add this response to my review. Murray 's replaced their order two days later. It was very good, so we raised our review from one star to four stars.

Very good pizza, service and price. Quality, tasty toppings. Big fan of the Canadian and Ultimate Cheese pizzas. This is the place in West Kelowna.

Very busy Sunday night order 2 med pizza received 1 med 1 large the large was wrong .I phoned to tell them the problem it was taken care very quickly .Thanks to Murray’s for making it right ,that why I only order from Murray’s Bruce
