Boston Pizza West Kelowna

Awesome service we are evacuated due to the fires on the West side and wanted a decent meal. After we were done the the server overheard me talking that we were evacuated and living in a hotel gave us a great discount on our meals.Hats off to Boston Pizza West Kelowna BC. YOU GUYS

We went for my friend's three year old birthday. I was very disappointed in the service and in the food as well as the extra charges on my bill. My son and I have dairy, gluten and tomato allergies. They did their best to accommodate this bit they also charged us extra for everything. I asked for mayonnaise on my son's burger instead of ketchup and they charged a dollar extra, I asked for mayon on the side for his fries they charged a dollar extra. They didn't tell me it would be extra, I only found out when I got the bill. The food was mediocre, especially for the cost and the service was just okay. They had a girl who was new serving us and she didn't have any help from a manager or even an experienced employee. She was on her own and really struggling and I didn't think that was fair to her.

We recently stopped by this restaurant to pick up our online takeout order on our way from the airport. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the product we received. It did not match the description provided online, and we were disappointed to find that there were no napkins, cutlery, or proper service included. The Thai bites, which are the only items we usually order, were not up to par. We paid $75 for what essentially amounted to fast food with no attention to detail. We will not be supporting a business that lacks care and passion for their work.

A large group of us came in with no reservation but it was mid-afternoon, so not busy. The service was really attentive but there was a meal that was forgotten in the order so that is the one star off. They make lovely, large salads and of course their pizza is great.

The experience was amazing. I visited on Pasta Tuesday and ordered the Hungry Carnivore. The portion was large and I had plenty of leftovers.
