Little Caesars Pizza - West Jordan

I made an order online. My daughter when to pick it up. She tried the code to get our order and it didn’t work. She waited a bit and then asked an employee about our order. Without checking he just said, I think we’re working on it. She waited again. She asked another employee about our order. It had been sitting in the kiosk the whole time. Because our whole order wouldn’t fit in the kiosk, the code was invalid. We got our food an hour after I ordered it. Super frustrated with the customer service. Do better!

Went Saturday night 7:50 pm not busy at all. My son ordered the extra most cheesy and bread stick combo.And a couple 2 liters .It was quick and when he asked me too hold the stuff I was sure . And as we were driving home I said did they give you the right pizza as usually takes 10 minutes too get it.Instead they gave him the standard cheese pizza and it was Raunchy !! Was cold no heat too the box and the breadsticks were cold . I am like wow this is terrible and tasted old and trying too warm it up made it hard as a rock . New it had been sitting for a while . As I was talking too hin he said they said the extra most cheese was already made . Did not look anything like any extra most cheese we had ever gotten.My advice go too another location as these people do not care about quality or customer service.

The pizza was hot and ready when I arrived to the store. I used the pizza portal and was able to skip the line. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was just what we needed for the game!

My husband picked up 2 orders of breadsticks last night, they were horrible… they were very under cooked almost just like a stick of dough with cheese sprinkled on the top. Worst ever!!! Will not be

Little Caesars in West Jordan is probably the most unsavory like there was hair in my pizza. The lady that was taking the money had brown long hair when I came in to speak with the manager she told me they don’t have anybody with that they’re with long brown hair but they were two other people there with long brown hair so I asked him I said I came in last week with three of my coworkers we purchase three pizzas And there was hair in one of the pizzas. We tried calling you guys you don’t answer your phone and he said well we’re in online and I said so then it shows you that I did call anyways, I would not eat here. The manager is unfit for his job and he has no like understanding of one customer complains about food, having Herod it that he should do something about that I wouldn’t go here save your money go somewhere else. This place is horrible. His name is Alex worst supervisor acting manager of ever like spoke with.
