Starbucks - West Hills

My favorites died. Previously I came here 2-3 times in the week when I drove from my friend back to my house to work from home during the kovid. becky is irresistible polite and, even in face of 25 people who drown to get drinks, everything has been smoothly guided. although becky was not there when I visited today, everyone was behind theke eager to please. when I ordered a newly released drink that no one of the baristas seemed to like (shake espresso with mand milk,) they liked to make me a similar worth on them again. this diet goes beyond and beyond consistently, and I enjoy every visit!

Great personal. friendly and pleasant drinks and brewery make me a recurring customer!

The coffee is always delicious and the staff is very friendly. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience!

Me and my friends went to this Starbucks getting our normal drinks. I got a bagel and my friend then wanted one as well, so she went back to the cashier to get one. Our cashiers name was Dana or Dayna I can’t remember but she was very rude to my friend and I’m sure it was because she was a kid. She asked for a bagel and kind of let go of the money and it slowly hit the counter. The cashier said, “Girl, don’t just throw your money down like that, it’s disrespectful.” My friend got really sad after that and I am sure if my parents did that she wouldn’t have almost yelled like that to them. Very bad service.

The worst service experience at this restaurant. The cashier lady did not know the price of the propane tank listed on the shelf for $595 and she refused to check it. She simply said, "I'm the cashier, I don't care about the prices in my place."
