Subway - West Helena

My aunt definitely loves her Mayo; it's delicious to her. I haven't been there for a long time. But the service was very patient and friendly.

My online order was marked as completed before it was even started when I arrived. When I received the sandwich, it was incorrect, and when I politely asked to have the vegetables removed, the staff refused to help. To make matters worse, my card has been charged twice, and I can't reach anyone by phone. This place feels like a complete scam. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they crafted our sandwiches to perfection.

@sydneejohnston, I’m not sure where you went, but it definitely wasn’t the Subway in Helena, AR. I've only ever had great experiences there. I can only imagine the workers wish they had an app to leave a review about you! I’m sure they were wishing they had brought sunglasses and a COVID mask when they saw you walk in.
